Who Am I?

My name is Stephen Tierney, and I’m the founder of Coaching Self Belief.
I help people change their relationship with alcohol, not by preaching, but by sharing a lived experience of breaking free, rebuilding life, and rediscovering who you truly are.

My mission is to help you find the Self-belief to change your life from the inside out—to appreciate what you have, love who you are, and let go of what no longer serves you.

Why Did I Start Coaching?

Because I’ve been exactly where you might be right now.

Not long ago, I was stuck in a life shaped by drinking, depression and self-pity. I had lost sight of who I was. But I reached a point where I knew something had to change. I made the decision to stop drinking. One year later, my life had transformed—and now, several years on, I’m living with clarity, purpose, and no regrets.

  • I didn’t just stop drinking—I started healing.

  • I learned to forgive myself, to make peace with the past, and to find strength in vulnerability.

  • I rebuilt my life from the inside out—and every day, I continue that journey.
